CateringPilot Privacy Policy

Information you provide

We collect the account information you use to sign in, such as your name, email address, account identifier, and authentication provider. We also store the catering workspace information you choose to enter, including business contact details, events, clients, menus, ingredients, vendors, shopping lists, staff details, notes, quotes, costs, and revenue figures.

Subscriptions and technical data

Apple, Google Play, Stripe, and RevenueCat process subscription transactions. CateringPilot receives subscription status, product, transaction, and account identifiers so we can unlock Pro on your devices. Firebase and these service providers may process device, app-instance, diagnostic, and network information needed to authenticate users, secure the service, sync data, prevent fraud, and keep subscriptions working.

We do not receive or store full payment-card numbers.

Device permissions

If you choose to add an event to your device calendar or schedule a reminder, CateringPilot requests calendar or notification permission at that time. Calendar entries and local reminders are created on your device; CateringPilot does not upload your device calendar or notification history.

How we use and share information

We use your information to provide sign-in, sync your workspace, generate the documents and analytics you request, provide support, maintain security, and manage subscriptions. We do not sell personal information and the app does not contain advertising.

Information is processed by service providers that help us operate CateringPilot, including Google Firebase, Apple, Google Play, Stripe, RevenueCat, Vercel, and Expo. They process information under their own security and privacy terms and only for the services they provide.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit. We retain active account and workspace data while your account remains open. After an account-deletion request, we delete the CateringPilot account and workspace data from our active systems. Limited backup, fraud-prevention, security, tax, and transaction records may remain for up to 90 days or longer when a payment processor or applicable law requires it.

Your choices

You can update or clear workspace information in the app and can permanently delete your account from Settings. Full instructions are available on our account deletion page.
