CateringPilot Terms of Service
These terms apply when you create a CateringPilot account or use the CateringPilot web or mobile applications.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use CateringPilot only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for the client, staff, pricing, menu, and event information you enter.
The service
CateringPilot provides planning, quoting, inventory, shopping-list, document, and business-analysis tools. You remain responsible for reviewing calculations, food-safety decisions, staffing, taxes, contracts, and client-facing documents before relying on or sharing them.
Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. The price and billing interval shown at purchase apply to that transaction. Mobile purchases are managed by Apple or Google Play; web purchases are managed through Stripe. Cancel through the same store or billing portal used to subscribe. Deleting your CateringPilot account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
Your content
You retain ownership of the business information you enter. You give PilotSuite LLC permission to host, process, and transmit that information only as needed to operate, secure, and support CateringPilot.
Availability and acceptable use
We work to keep CateringPilot available and reliable, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful or harmful content.
Changes and termination
We may improve or change the service and these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or an updated policy date. You may stop using CateringPilot at any time and may delete your account using the instructions on our account deletion page.
